Our Journey

Mother Sai Group began its journey in 2016 with a single Ready Mix Concrete Plant in Tamil Nadu. Known for its unwavering commitment to quality and consistency, Mother Sai Group quickly earned the trust of customers and expanded to three RMC plants, while also extending consultancy to six more in the region.

Vikram Akoju

Director - Sales & New Business Development & Marketing

Vikramnag Akoju is a senior strategy, growth, and business development leader with 15+ years of experience across infrastructure, construction technologies, and manufacturing. He has built and scaled businesses from inception, led market entry and expansion across India and international markets, and driven large enterprise, government, and infrastructure engagements. Vikram has held leadership roles with global and Indian organizations, working closely with founders, promoters, bankers, and boards to commercialize products, structure go-to-market strategies, and deliver sustainable revenue growth. With a strong foundation in civil engineering and an MBA in strategy and marketing, he brings a rare blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and execution excellence.

Mrinal Dasoju

Director - Strategy

Mrinal Dasoju is an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad with prior experience in bio-energy and clean technologies. He leads Mother Sai Construction Technologies with a sustainability-first approach to infrastructure. His work blends strategic planning with on-ground execution. Focused on building future-ready, high-performance construction solutions.

Velkumar Arumugam

Director - Operations

Velkumar Arumugam is a Civil Engineer with 15 years of experience in erection, execution , operations of Ready Mix Concrete Plants. He worked with India's best concrete plants before joining us as the Head - Operations & Execution and brings with him wide experience and knowledge in Concrete Technology. He is a leader in execution & operation of Concrete Plants for the Wind Energy & Solar Energy segments.
